Successful Skye coaching relationships begin with a well-curated match. Coaching is personal and particular – there is no single approach or personality type that fits all. Our algorithm and carefully analyzed data points facilitate a match based on your values, personality, professional background, and personal ambitions.
The outcome.
Skye coaching is a catalyst for growth and action. Skye applies a forward-looking lens allowing the client to define where they want to be and the path to get there. Our approach is unlike talk therapy, which explores how past events and patterns impact present behavior, but rather like consulting, which focuses on the present and future growth.
The access model.
Skye’s coaching is entirely client-directed — with the support of your coach, you identify opportunities and areas for change and work in partnership to develop a framework for success. This model contrasts with training or group coaching, which relies on a set curriculum or modality to reach a predetermined result.
The coach and client agency.
Skye gives complete agency to our coaches in how they manage their practice and business. Skye coaches determine their own pricing models. You share your price range with us (within the onboarding process) and Skye matches you with a coach within your sweet spot.
The confidentiality promise.
Skye works for you – not for your company. Our coaches promise complete confidentiality in all of our coaching sessions.
