We were students at Columbia Business School, trying to navigate school, our careers, and our personal lives simultaneously.

Running to class, dialing into meetings, and crying over corporate finance study sessions, Tony, Gabe, and I laughed at our sometimes successful but often shot-in-the-dark attempts at navigating life.

Strange, we remarked – while we had support in fitness, emotional health, and academics, we lacked resources to improve our careers and personal lives. Who could we turn to for advice on considerations so critical to our well-being?

Through our program, we discovered executive coaching. We began speaking to individuals working with coaches – including executives, early founders, and MBA students.

The benefits of coaching became clear: promotions, entrepreneurship, deeper relationships, decreased anxiety, improved leadership skills, and a greater understanding of ourselves and our potential.

With coaching, we and many others were able to build a roadmap toward happiness and success. Our mission is to provide the same service to others looking to invest in growth to maximize our human potential.
