Within corporate coaching engagements, the client will decide whether to share any coaching-related information. A coach may encourage their client to share progress and updates with relevant stakeholders. Skye will share anonymous aggregate data such as attendance, engagement, and progress.
The Skye Relationship Team can support you in finding the right coach, aligned with your budget. Coaching typically ranges from $500 to $10,000 per month.

Want to understand how others perceive your strengths and areas of growth? A 360 evaluation asks peers and team members to give an anonymous assessment of your skills, competencies and performance, offering you a true and well-rounded perspective.
