1. Job Titles: We primarily welcome individuals with titles such as, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Executive Director, Director, and Head of in their respective organizations. Equivalent titles within your specific industry, organization, or geographic region are also taken into account.
2. Company Size: The size of your organization, determined by the number of full-time employees, is considered as a context for evaluating your seniority.
3. Reporting Structure: The maximum hierarchical distance of five levels from CEO to your position is taken into consideration, with variations based on the size of your organization.
4. Team Size Managed: A minimum of 10 full-time employees under your leadership is required, taking into account the size of your organization.
