- Determine individual and team growth edges, which will provide the clarity and motivation to practice resilience and overcome current limiting beliefs.
- Learn the “Net Model” for feedback, an incredibly high-impact tool that empowers teams to support each other in their resiliency goals .
- Participate in facilitated team break outs
- Complete worksheets with clear commitments on next steps and carry learnings from this workshop into your team culture and performance.
