  • Determine individual and team growth edges, which will provide the clarity and motivation to practice resilience and overcome current limiting beliefs.
  • Learn the “Net Model” for feedback, an incredibly high-impact tool that empowers teams to support each other in their resiliency goals .
  • Participate in facilitated team break outs
