The Skye method is our core experience - designed to help you identify your coaching needs, define your goals, and find the perfect coach to guide you in your unique personal and professional journey.

Onboarding & Clarity
We ask a few key questions to help you find clarity around your goals, industry, demographics, and price point. You will choose from Skye’s tiered pricing model, which will ensure you are working with the right coach for your budget. We pride ourselves in our coach bench, which showcases the best coaches at every price point.
2.
Get Matched
Our matching algorithm will immediately identify 2 coaches that fit the criteria provided in your onboarding answers. If you want to evaluate additional matches, you may speak with a member from our team. We will then hand-pick additional matches for you.

Free Consultations
You will have the opportunity to book a free consultation with each of your matches. During this call, you will assess fit, further clarify your goals, and decide on coaching package details. To address your pressing needs and protect our coaches’ time, we recommend scheduling consultations and deciding on a coach within one week of getting matched.
4.
Coach Selection
After completing your Free Consultations, it’s time to choose your coach! You will visit the coach’s profile and select the package to book. You will have the option to choose between a monthly subscription and one-time packages. We recommend starting with the monthly subscription and supplementing with one-time packages for additional coaching sessions as needed.
5.
360-Degree Feedback
Use our free, automated 360-degree assessment tool to evaluate your core competencies and gather feedback from the people you work with. After you book a coach, we recommend using Skye’s 360 to assess key areas of focus. We believe it is critical to understand where you are today so you and your coach can strategize on where to go next.
6.
Goals & Tasks
Using 360-degree feedback, you will work with your coach to define 3-5 goals and 3-5 measurable tasks for each goal to work toward during your coaching engagement. Progress on goals and tasks should tracked using our on-platform tool, and be updated prior to each coaching session. At the beginning of each session, your coach will set aside time to review progress and hold you accountable.
7.
Coaching Sessions
You will schedule coaching sessions at a frequency predetermined with your coach. For our Launch and Grow tiers, we recommend that you meet 2 times a month with your coach. Depending on the coach, you may also receive daily messages and check-ins to make sure you stay on track. You must book sessions on our platform so we help track usage and make sure you are getting the sessions you are paying for.
