1) Your self-discovery
Start your coaching journey with a short and insightful self-discovery quiz. Your goals, needs, and preferences will be organized into a personal coaching profile, upon completion of your quiz!
2) Meet your coach
Our matching engine selects 2 world-class coaches for you. Get to know your potential coach over a complimentary 30-minute video call to assess fit, framework, and personality alignment. We will equip you with questions and information to make the most of your calls.
3) Your clarity call
Work with your expert relationship concierge to answer all of your questions about coaching, assess your coach matches, and decide on the right coaching partner for you.
4) Co-design your roadmap for success
Every other week, you will meet with your coach for 60-minute virtual coaching sessions. Record your plan and track your goals on the Skye platform, and continue your progress between sessions with check-ins, readings, and exercises on the platform.
5) Your impact check-in
To track ROI, maximize coaching results, and have a Skye support system, meet with your relationship concierge for impact check-ins every 3 months.
